Dramatherapy, expressive movement, and mindfulness offer creative ways for children and young people to express and process big feelings through imagination, embodiment, and play.
Our work is also informed by Dyadic Developmental Practice (DDP) and the principles of PACE, supporting safety, connection, curiosity, and emotional understanding within relationships.
